What has actually been filed

Filed offerings sit apart from third-party aggregates, because they are not the same kind of number. An undisclosed amount stays blank: a blank is a fact, an estimate is a fabrication.

Why the filed list is shorter than the market

A full-text Form D search on a company name returns mostly investor SPVs and feeder funds rather than the company. Across six private robotics companies, 80 Form D hits contained only 19 own-company filings; 31 were vehicles. An SPV's offering amount is the vehicle's raise, not the company's round, so publishing one as the other would be a fabricated figure. Only own-company filings appear above.
